Format of all settings 

Instead of the traditional conference setting where all speakers present their speech one after each other from the lectern, the Organizing Committee has very good experience with the above presented format. This format stimulates the interaction between the speakers and the audience. 

- All speakers are seated as panel members in the above visualised setting

- The screen is above their heads for Powerpoints or other visuals

- The moderator can sit on a corner seat, in the middle or can walk around

- The moderator wears a wireless microphone and also has a spare handheld

- There will be a lectern (only) for the keynote speaker

- All panel members comment from their seats

- All panel members are wearing a wireless microphone

- Women should be aware that the stage is about 80 centimeters high
